About Samaanata
This initiative is to enhance the technical capabilities of young girls to make them stand out and to make their mark in the society
Mission
Our mission is to introduce the technological world to less privileged young girls who have a passion to learn computers and turn into strong independent women. At Samaanata, we aim to kickstart this process by collaborating with the prestigious NGO Pratyek and by setting up a computer lab in the NGO itself.
Learning computers will Increase self-esteem and self-confidence, boost problem-solving skills, stimulate language comprehension which will enhance their futures by turning them into independent and skill-oriented people. Computers allow students to learn by doing rather than trying to absorb lines of information from a textbook. They are also given the opportunity to learn by trial and error, which allows them to see how things work practically.
Aim
This initiative is to enhance the technical capabilities of young girls to make them stand out and to make their mark in the society. Investing in their futures has the potential to uplift their families and the world. Computers will not only enhance their creativity and thinking skills but will also improve their future career options which will shape them into independent women.
